you to know that I enjoyed seeing you on Sat. The
class was wonderful and chock full of delicious food... I am definitely
making the Pesto palmiers for Thanksgiving, but I'm having a heck of
a time deciding what to make for dessert!!! Oh, well, one of each (from

at Mise En Place in Montpelier and have enjoyed every one of them. I
have your book and am ordering (by regular mail) your Addendum to it.

on a low fat diet and am using your recipes. So far I have lost about
25 lbs.---so its working for me.

Thank you for having your web site. After having my second child I was
diagnosed with gall stones and need to have surgery for it's removal.
However, I have to wait 3 months before surgery. I was browsing the
web for low-fat cooking, when I found your site. It helped a bunch.
Just had a bad gall bladder attack, then found out that I also had a
heart attack which I didn't know about, so therefore they would not
operate on the gall bladder until they found out what was wrong with
the heart. Long story short I had 5 stints put into my heart to clear
2 major blockages. Therefore I'm now seeking any recipes and knowledge
on low fat cooking and recipes. Your web site is wonderful and so helpful.
I will be buying your book, and I again thank you with a well heart
which I will keep healthy now.

Thanks for the
notice of your class in Milford. ... We prepared last Saturday's dinner
for us and friends entirely from your "Low-Fat" book.
Everything was delicious. We did the stuffed turkey breast, twice baked
potatoes, mushrooms and green beans. It was so nice not to have to have
a steam cleaning service in to get all the grease up from a full sized
stuffed turkey! We almost certainly adopt this as our standard Thanksgiving
dinner. So thanks again for a great book. I have been trying to watch
the fat more closely and have been hounding Carolyn to do the same.
With the help from a bout with Lyme disease killing my appetite for
a month this summer, I have dropped at least ten pounds, mainly by reducing
my fat intake and my portion size.

to be for dinner. So I did your new recipe from your new book.(Italian
